Next Wednesday (October 23rd), we start our fall Indoor Cycling Classes.
Unlike a spin class or stationary gym bike, you bring YOUR bike to this workout. Taught by a USA Cycling-certified coach, you’ll ride your bike on our high end power meter trainers, getting real-time feedback on your power output.
We even offer bike storage, in case you don’t want to lug it back and forth each week.
