If you ride over the Manhattan Bridge, you’ll enjoy the view just north of the bridge of the colorful new “Watertower” sculpture from Tom Fruin.
Made of one thousand of pieces of locally-found plexiglass, the view adds a fun splash of color to the East River ride.
